Permanent residence permit

For persons and their families who possess and have fully and freely at their disposal a secured annual income, high enough to give them a decent living in Cyprus, without having to engage in any business, trade, or profession. Valid for life. In the case of investing in new residential real estate worth at least 300,000 euro (+ VAT), registration of this category takes place according to an accelerated procedure – about 3 months instead of the usual 12.

To maintain Category F, it is necessary to visit Cyprus at least once every two years.

Temporary residence permit – Visitor

For third-country nationals who enter the Republic of Cyprus and wish to stay for more than three (3) months, without employment rights. Valid for 1 year with annual renewal. If the holder of this permit is absent in the territory of Cyprus for more than 90 days, then the permit becomes invalid.

Employment and residence permit at companies of foreign interest

Employment and residence permit is issued for a period of 1-2 years (with extension upon expiration) to foreign employee of top and middle management at a company of foreign interest that has an office in Cyprus. This permit allows the employee to work and live in Cyprus. In addition, residence permits can be issued to family members of such employee.
